Why the name Lemon Moon?

Lemon Moon is dedicated to my mom, Leah. In 2021 we lost her to a 3-year battle to cancer. She was tough, determined, and never gave up. During a hospital stay, she wasn’t able to eat due to a surgery, and one day decided to just suck on a lemon. A nurse walked in and found her doing this, laughed and told my mom she too ate lemons, and had her own lemon tree. From then on my mom wanted a lemon tree. I told her when she was better and home we’d be able to get her one. Unfortunately, I was unable to do that for her. So Lemon, for my moms lemon tree. Moon, is for a few reasons. Though a crescent moon is my favorite, I always find the moon to be beautiful in all phases. Whenever there was a full moon, she'd always call me and ask me if I've seen how big the moon is, and to look out the window. The night she passed was a clear sky, and the moon was so bright. And a bonus, LM – my moms initials. When rebranding, it was important for me to love the new name. So, after many trials, polls on Instagram and brainstorming, Lemon Moon was born. My mom was also very crafty my whole life, and I thank her for my creativity.

Do we accept custom orders?

Yes! We love custom orders. You can submit a request below, by email, or reaching out to us on Instagram. These orders always have a longer lead time, and will vary depending on time of year, and other orders. During our discussion, we will make it clear what that timeframe looks like.

How do I pay for my custom order?

After all of the details have been worked out, a custom listing will be created for you. Once this is completed, work will start for your order. Note all listings not paid within 7 days will be deleted, and to reorder will cost an additional fee. 

Turnaround time

For custom orders, turnaround time will be discussed during your planning. For items ready to ship, these will ship in 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified. Items made to order will take 1-2 full weeks, unless otherwise specified. Note shipping is not included in these TAT and we do not have any control over what happens once a carrier has your package.

Returns/Cancellations

Returns and/or cancellations are not accepted for custom orders, unless an item is damaged. If an order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 1 week of delivery.

Let us know right away! Communication is key, and if you're unhappy about something we want to know, and do our best to make it right for you!
