Hey!

If we haven't met, welcome! My name is Tanya, and I live in a town about 35 mins north of Boston Massachusetts. One day in 2018, my boyfriend Tyler said, "you need more hobbies", and he wasn't wrong. I was scrolling YouTube, looking for a makeup tutorial to watch. Randomly, a video about making homemade cards came up as a suggestion. I watched it, got hooked and fell into the rabbit hole of crafting.

A little while later, I was buying scrapbook paper, stickers, and other small embellishments crafting my own cards. I personally can't draw a stick figure, so when a few people suggested I sell them, I was honestly shocked. Not to long after, I created an Instagram @ThePaperElephants, and my journey began. Over time, I went through lots of trial and error, trying to figure out my style, my audience, what I enjoyed making, and everything else in between. I joined a crafting group on social media, that also had a YouTube page, and made a friend across the country. Over the years we would create together, send each other pictures of projects, ideas, etc. One day she told me about a small glitter company, and insisted I needed to order. I don't know why, but I did.

Once the glitter came I was looking into projects I could make with it. In 2019, Tyler bought me my first cup turner for my birthday, which stayed in the box for 6 months. Once I started my first tumbler, and working with epoxy I was hooked. 

​

Since then we have grown into selling at 3 stores, selling online, participated in donations, raffles, and fairs, made countless new customs, and met some incredible customers, who have become friends. As I've said since day one, I only create things that I enjoy, and will continue to do so! If you're looking for spooky, witchy, magic inspired, unique items, Lemon Moon has you covered.
